Will Nuki fit my existing door?
Many European doors are compatible, but the cylinder, handle and clearance must be checked first. We confirm compatibility before recommending a product or price.
Can I still use a physical key?
On a compatible installation, normal key access can be retained. The exact setup depends on the cylinder and door hardware, so we verify this during the survey.
What happens if the internet is down?
Local access methods such as Bluetooth, keypad, fingerprint and the physical key can continue to work, depending on the selected setup. Remote control needs an internet connection.
Can it work with Apple Home, Google Home or Alexa?
Current Nuki Smart Locks support Matter, making integration possible with major smart-home platforms when the required compatible hub is present.
