Find your apartment
Use the main pedestrian entrance beside the courtyard. Take the stairs to the first floor; apartment 4 is on your right. Any shared entrance has separate access instructions from your host.

Enter using the keypad
Use the code sent in your arrival message, within the access times confirmed by your host. Enter it on the keypad beside the apartment door, wait for the lock to finish unlocking, then open the door. You do not need the Nuki app for keypad entry.

When you go out
Keep your entry code with you. Close the door fully and use the locking method confirmed by your host. Check that the door is securely locked before leaving; do not assume it locks automatically.

Before you check out
Check that you have all your belongings, close the windows and lock the apartment using the agreed method. Message your host when you have left. Arrange any later checkout in advance so your access times can be updated.
